  1. Where will my bicycle be delivered?
    When you order a Grand 1888 bicycle we can deliver this bicycle to:

    1.) our London based UK Grand 1888 service point
    2.) your favourite local bicycle shop
    3.) your home address
    4.) your work address

  2. Why would I have my bicycle delivered to the Grand 1888 service point?
    The Service Point can do the final assembly, and do an extra check of all bolts and nuts. Grand 1888 Service Point:
    Bicycle Workshop – 27 All Saints Road – London – W11 1HE

    If you are not London based than you can give us the address of your favourite local bicycle shop, your home or your work. All bicycles will be delivered on workdays between 9am and 5pm. You will be notified by mail of the delivery date.

  3. How will my bicycle be delivered?
    All bicycles are boxed in proper bicycle boxes and will be delivered 90 percent assembled.

  4. When will my bicycle be delivered?
    All bicycles will be delivered on workdays between 9am and 5pm. You will be notified by mail of the delivery date. Your bicycle will be made upon order and delivery time takes 4-6 weeks.

  5. Where do you ship?
    Grand 1888 ships worldwide. Standard cost are given for Europe:
    UK £20
    All other EU countries £45

    If you wish to have your bicycle shipped to a country outside the EU, please contact us. We will provide you with a shipping quote before proceeding your order.

  6. What needs to be done for the final assembly?
    The final assembly includes: adding the pedals and adjusting handlebars and saddle height. You will receive an assembly manual with your delivery. If you have lost your manual, please check the assembly manual here.

  7. Do I have a guarantee on my bicycle?
    Grand 1888 provides you with a 10 year guarantee on frame and fork and a 1 year guarantee on all other parts except tyres and pedals. Your guarantee is only applicable if you have final assembly and check up done by a certified bicycle shop.

  8. What size should I choose?
    We advise the following size:

    Bicycle One & Bicycle Three
    M 52 cm - advised with 32”- + inside leg length

    Bicycle Two & Bicycle Four
    M 60cm, advised with 30-34” inside leg length

  9. Can I order spare parts?
    You should be able to get most spare parts in your local bicycle shop. But whenever needed, we can deliver any spare parts. Delivery time will vary depending on the part.

    You can purchase your Grand 1888 bicycle online. The standard way of payment is by our paypal system. By using paypal we allow you to make a fast and secure online payment. Should you wish to pay in other way than please contact us.
